This week Rob Boon discusses what the latest electrical safety regulations that affect private landlords and tenant.

In April 2020 these rules came into place, but only affected tenancy agreements created after 1 July 2020. As of April 2021 they are extended to cover all tenancy agreements meaning, if you rent out a private property and are not familiar with them, you might want to listen.
